Rachel is founder of VISIA Leadership, a boutique consulting, coaching, and research organization dedicated to enabling a new kind of leadership for a complex world. An accomplished coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, she has held a combination of global business and talent roles at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan Chase, and S&P Global.

Rachel brings a blend of broad business knowledge and deep leadership development experience to her practice. In addition to working with C-suite executives to advance their talent agendas, Rachel coaches C-suite successors to get them ready for their next role. She also works with senior leaders to deepen their self-awareness and identify and alter patterns in their leadership style in order to live their full potential.

A published author, Rachel holds an MBA from Duke University and a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University where she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor. She was certified as a coach through the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (CCCP) and teaches coaching at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Her current research explores the relationships between leadership, complexity, and sustainability.

Married with two beautiful sons, Rachel is at home in Brooklyn, New York and Cologne, Germany. A native English speaker, she has lived extensively abroad and is fluent in French and German.
