The annual reports follow a standard template provided by ICF Global. All charter chapters submit information on chapter membership, events, finances and other activities October of each year. Data is used to provide chapter oversight and to determine which chapters are recognized with annual awards.

The surveys are ICF NYC-specific. They are conducted on a regular basis to better understand our chapter's demographics, coach profiles, areas of interest and membership drivers. The findings inform our strategic planning and programming efforts.
