When was the last time you had a moment to take stock of your own energy levels? As coaches we’re always helping others do this. NYC Energize is all about giving YOU the time to pause and reflect.

Based on Tony Schwartz’s book “The Power of Full Engagement” and NeuroLeadership principles, this session focused on energy management from 4 different lenses.

Individually and in small groups, you will reflect on what drains and fuels you and how you can refill your energy bank throughout the day.

Dominique Mas, PCC

Dominique is a leadership coach and the Co-Founder and CEO at Group Coaching HQ, a professional learning community for outstanding coaches who want to amplify their impact through group coaching.

Passionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups, she uses visual thinking techniques in her training and coaching, such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

Dominique brings a wide scope of knowledge from her education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC and an ICF Certified Mentor Coach, a Hogan Assessments Certified Coach and she trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute.

A surfer and adventurer, she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY with her partner, the artist Swissipino and Professor the awesome dog.
