A toxic inner critic is a pervasive, internal voice that constantly judges, doubts, and belittles your abilities, choices, and worth. It's an inner dialogue that leads to feelings of inadequacy, triggers an imposter syndrome regardless of your achievements or capabilities.

Your inner critic can create a barrier to taking risks, trying new things, and stepping fully into your potential as a coach and mentor.

Peleg Top is a master teacher, mentor, and coach with over twenty years experience in supporting creatives and coaches on their path. He is the creator of the Creative High Growth process helping coaches unleash their creativity and learn how to live in love and abundance.

An “Inner Critic Detox" is essential because it addresses the need to break free from the grip of this toxic inner narrative.

In this workshop, Peleg will teach you tools and strategies to support your growth as a coach and the growth of your clients as well as equip you with the skills to cultivate a healthier, more supportive inner world.

There will be storytelling, practical advice and guided exercises to help shift your inner critic from an adversary to an ally.

Context:

Coaches co-create potential and get clients into action, living those new visions. We have many tools, often from accredited training.

But sometimes clients get stuck.

Creative tools can move us into the right brain mindset and reveal new potential and excitement for the work we do.

To learn specific tools from an expert creative and coach, in order to help us become better coaches and better at getting our clients through stuck points.

I have coached and been coached in formal programs and by some of the best Coaches in the world. With my background as a creative and leading creative organizations, the work I love happens when my clients begin to manifest their incredible projects out of thin air. What I am great at is helping people find where they hid their courage, where their genius lies, and how to put those things together to achieve dreams of any size.
