Join ICF NYC for the second event in our AI and Coaching series as we continue to explore advancement and trends. In this event, we focus on AI tool deployment into your coaching practice with an overview of the existing landscape and a deeper dive into two applications with demos that explore tool deployment within an engagement and for coach learning and growth.

Purpose: To continue to educate the members of the ICF NYC Chapter on the latest trends in technology and coaching with a keen focus on AI.

JimiBeth Myers, PCC

JimiBeth Myers, PCC is a distinguished Professional Certified Coach (PCC) nearing her MCC certification. Based in New York City, JimiBeth has a rich background in leadership, having served as the head of marketing and VP of global marketing operations across diverse sectors including franchising, publishing, and financial services. Since completing the New York University advanced diploma in executive coaching (2016), JimiBeth has specialized in coaching leaders from Fortune 500 companies worldwide through individual, group, and team coaching. She serves on the board of the Equine Experiential Education Association, partnering with horses to help corporate teams work better together for powerful results. As a doctoral candidate in Applied Learning Sciences at the University of Miami (2024) JimiBeth’s research interests center on workplace impact through coaching and mentoring, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to enrich coaching engagements.

Alex Haitoglou
Co-Founder and CEO, Ovida

Alex Haitoglou, co-founder and CEO of Ovida, has created the world's first AI platform aimed at enhancing the fundamental soft skills of leadership and coaching. This platform supports leaders and coaches in their growth by providing AI-generated objective data, video reviews for self-reflection, and expert human mentoring.

With a background in Business Economics and German, Alex worked with Procter & Gamble in global business roles and also led their global Grow Coaching program, training hundreds of leaders in coaching skills as well as business coaches. He later assumed executive positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance before launching Ovida with Bryan Watson.

Ovida's mission is to use AI and human expertise to enhance people and organizations' communication potential. In collaboration with prominent academics, Ovida is used for training and research in businesses, coaching, and leadership training schools.

The Ovida team is dedicated to academic research, working with experts from various universities. Their first peer-reviewed paper was published in July 2023 in "Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice."

Adam Mirabella, PCC With clients like Amazon, Dell, SiriusXM, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, eBay, Facebook, Adobe, Wharton Business School and Peloton, Adam specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Creating a “Winning Culture” and Career Transition. Adam works with industry leaders to strengthen leadership and communication skills. He is especially skilled in working with leaders to understand and build their capabilities in the areas of emotional intelligence, team dynamics and powerful communication. Adam has a style that resonates with leaders at all management levels, successfully helping them portray their leadership vision and improve their business results as well as their professional life.

Adam’s coaching is grounded in his 25 year background working in a variety of business leadership roles. His experience ranges from starting new digital businesses for Fortune 50 Companies, to forming and overseeing global tech & media teams as large as 120 people in 40 countries around the world. The companies Adam has held leadership roles at include Time Warner, Sony, Nokia, Omnicom, Universal and Coca-Cola.

ICF NYC meetings are rarely recorded and when they are, they are only recorded with both disclosure by the host and acceptance by participants.  All other events, by default, are confidential. 

Any form of recording NOT initiated by the host (including but not limited to video, audio, or chat recording, including transcription) is not permissible.  The meeting host reserves the right to remove any participant (person or technology) that fails to comply with the policy.  Accordingly, it is the responsibility of every participant to know what technologies (including zoom and browser plugins) that they have installed on their device and if they have the potential to violate this policy. AI transcription requests will be rejected and any user found to be using an AI bot will be removed from the event.
