Brian will provide an overview and introduce two frameworks for group coaching. He will also present a case study of a traditional industrial-era corporation of approximately 20,000 employees that is successfully engaging a combination of group and individual coaching to transform their culture from command and control to one of empowered decision-making.

David’s presentation will focus on the handful of designable conditions that most powerfully influence team effectiveness based 50 years of research from scholars at Harvard, Yale, MIT and many others, students and colleagues of Richard Hackman and Ruth Wageman. A focus of the presentation will be on leadership teams in addition to how team coaching supervision helps team practitioners take their professional practice to the next level of mastery.

David Matthew Prior, MCC, brings 20+ years of organizational coaching experience as a Master Certified Coach (ICF credentialed) based in the New York City metropolitan area. His work in coaching executive and senior leadership teams spans internationally across a diversity of industries. David’s approach to leadership development is focused on performance with integrity to align the business, organization, teams, and leadership. David’s holds additional coaching credentials from ICF and EMCC in team coaching and coaching supervision.
Brian Gorman, PCC, is Vice President for Program Development at Quantuvos. Quantuvos (Latin for choose to be your best) provides individual, group, and team coaching from the front lines to the C-suite. In his capacity, Brian is responsible for program design and curriculum development for all group coaching programs, ensuring that they focus on application-based skills development that meet the professional development needs of both the individual and the organization. Brian also hosts Qonversations, a weekly podcast featuring a broad spectrum of thought leaders. Brian and his son Brandon live in Hoboken, NJ.

Dominique Mas, PCC is the Co-Founder and CEO at Group Coaching HQ, a professional learning community for outstanding coaches who want to amplify their impact through group coaching.
Passionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups, she uses the Hogan assessment and visual thinking techniques in her trainings and coaching and she is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and Coach.
Dominique brings a wide scope of knowledge from her education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC and an ICF Certified Mentor Coach, a Hogan Assessments Certified Coach and she trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute.
A surfer and adventurer, and she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY with her partner, the artist Swissipino and Professor the awesome dog.
