The Event

Join ICF NYC as we host Aileen Gordon, ICF’s Director of Operations & Customer Success, for a presentation that will cover the steps involved in applying for and maintaining a credential. This includes taking a closer look at the process for applying for a credential, the ICF Credentialing Exam, utilizing the ICF Learning Portal and Communities of Practice to assist in your continued development as a coach.

In addition, we’ll take a tour of the ICF website to learn more about resources and opportunities available to support you in your personal coaching journey and that support the coaching industry as a whole.

Purpose:

To unpack the uncertainty around ICF credentialing as well as ICF resources available to all members.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

Provide an opportunity to hear directly from ICF and have your questions answered.

Establish an understanding of the steps involved in applying for and maintaining an ICF credential.

Build awareness of how to navigate and access information, opportunities, resources and benefits ICF offers to all members.

Meet our presenter 

Aileen Gordon
Director of Operations & Customer Success
ICF Credentials & Standards

Aileen joined ICF in May of 2020 with Credentials and Standards as a Credentialing Support Coordinator and in 2023 accepted the position of Credentials and Standards Director of Operations. This role oversees the credentialing team and the processing of credential applications. Aileen has 20 plus years in the working with non-profit associations, which has given her valuable experience in working with volunteer driven organizations. Aileen lives in Georgetown, Kentucky.
