We will learn from brief audio recordings from real client sessions and analyze them in conversation with MCC coaches. This is an opportunity to break down coaching approaches, techniques and learn from MCC colleagues.

Brendalyn King, M.Ed, PCC, is an ontological coach specializing in leadership development. She works with self-starters, educators, managers, and business entrepreneurs. Brendalyn is a founding member of Bhavana Learning Group, ​which uses Western learning models and Eastern wisdom practices to cultivate learning and unlearning to cultivate conscious leadership.
