My work focuses on helping people navigate changes and transitions in each and every part of their lives. I truly believe that change, whether planned or unplanned, can be transformative and joyful.
I work with people from all walks of and at different points in their lives. I partner with clients to embrace significant life changes including; navigating a role with increased visibility and responsibility, switching careers, losing a job, returning to work, moving to another state, welcoming a new baby, retirement, and more.
I support my clients by exploring their whole self. We together build awareness around where they are today and where they want to be. As my client, you and I will define action steps to achieve your desired transformational growth and change. Ultimately, to continue to experience joy in all areas of your life.
