Donna received a Baccalaureate in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, a French Language, Civilization and Culture Diploma from the Université de Paris - Sorbonne, a Master of Education from Regent University and Advanced Post Graduate Studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at St. Joseph's University - New York.
Donna is a Motivational Mentor and Professional Coach who utilizes the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to implement Behavior Skills Training in therapeutic settings, and encourages organizations and their teams to bridge gaps, strengthen relationships through mutual respect, and embrace cultural diversity.
