I am a storyteller, a disrupter, a cultural activist and a stage builder with 20+ years of experience in cultural coaching, relational & change management, social therapeutics and applied improvisation.
Womanity Play is my consulting and coaching practice. I use theater and play to help individuals and organizations create new possibilities for human development with a specific attention to identity and inclusion.
Yes, theater and play! I relate to people as creators, performers and builders of their lives. In my coaching, I use the tools of storytelling, theater, applied improvisation and social therapeutics to play with our cultural and philosophical assumptions and help you improvise the stage you need to grow with others.
I am a certified Professional Life coach from Certified Life Coach Institute & graduated from the Social Therapeutics Coaching program at the East Side Institute. I interviewed & coached hundreds of people (individuals & organizations). I love coaching individuals & groups, specifically when it relates to Women & LGBTQA+ rising as well as intergenerational & cultural development. In my sessions, we improvise together to build new stages in our lives.
