I am a Certified Coach and Human Resources Professional, currently pursuing a master's degree in Learning Technologies and Media Systems at Harrisburg University. I am certified in numerous Personal Development tools such as PDA® (Personal Development Analysis) and Points of You®, which I often apply in my sessions.
During the past years, I have designed and facilitated individual and group coaching sessions and workshops in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, from which I have impacted individuals, companies, and non-governmental organizations. I have also developed my professional experience in Talent Management roles in Argentina and the United States and I currently serve as the Talent Development Leader at Women's Global Leadership Initiative (WGLI)
I am passionate about multiculturalism, which has motivated me to learn several languages and to live in different countries such as Brazil, Italy, and the United States, apart from Argentina, my loved home country.
