Maria is an experienced executive and life coach, group trainer and facilitator. Coaching both individuals and teams, Maria helps clients become aware of their patterns, habits and impact, unlocking where they can get out of their own way in order to be their best selves. She is driven by the belief in the potential of individuals. That people are resourceful and whole and achieve their full potential when they are accepted and valued for who they are, what they bring and they feel safe enough to show up as their full, powerful, authentic self.
Her work as a coach focuses on creating the conditions in which people can excel in a way that is authentic to who they are. Her work in organizations is focused on leadership capabilities, creating positive culture change, diverse inclusion and high performance. With individuals, she specializes in those working through transition, fear and uncomfortable change. Her work is centered on people and organizations who strive for something different, something more and through uncovering their purpose. Together with her client, they identify where they are now, where they truly want to be and discover all they need to do in order to achieve their goals.
Maria's approach is to achieve a collaborative partnership that is supportive, safe, honest and non-judgemental. She holds a rigor and challenge in such a way that is respectful to the client's needs and emotions whilst using honest, clean, feedback to help clients shift through any negative or unhelpful thoughts or ways of being. Maria is particularly known for creating a safe space whereby clients deepen their belief in their own capabilities through changing unhelpful mindsets and behavioral patterns, leading to greater confidence, empathy, resilience and unlocking new ways of thinking and being that lead to the client's desired results.
