My previous 30 year career in business taught me that to be great at anything you do in life, you need to know yourself, trust yourself and be your own biggest advocate. When I changed careers I knew I wanted to help women empower themselves. I help successful women identify and rewrote self defeating beliefs, thoughts, actions and habits so they can learn to trust themselves and empower themselves through self acceptance and self love
