Eleonora is a New York City-based executive, career and personal coach committed to helping her client’s grow into powerful and authentic leaders in both their professional and personal lives, and thrive in the process. Her work is aimed at mid-career professionals, new managers and executives, founders, and other individuals looking to bring powerful changes into their lives and careers.
Prior to coaching, she spent years leveraging global and emerging brands through financial and business planning, consulting, event production, traditional and digital marketing strategy.
An experienced strategist and business partner to senior executives, Eleonora is exceptionally skilled at helping her clients strategize and set value-driven goals that move them close to what they really want. Her transformational approach to coaching creates long-term change, and her deep understanding of the personal and professional obstacles that new and more experienced leaders face allows her to best support them in today’s complex professional world.
