Roger DeWitt, MCAC, PCC is a Master Certified ADHD Coach and has been coaching professionally since 2001. Roger specializes in working with Adults, Executives and Families who are impacted by ADHD or some of the ADHD traits like lack of focus, disorganization, memory issues, decision making, emotional control, procrastination and the list goes on! Roger works with his clients to understand how their unique brain wiring works, identify what motivates them in a healthy way, use all of their strengths and talents to be able to focus, follow through, organize, make thoughtful decisions and regulate their emotions. As a result they find a sense of well being, purpose and meaning and have a S* load of fun in the process.
Roger comes from the world of the arts and also has a special love for (but not limited to) those who perform and have a passion for the arts as well
Roger's style is, direct , compassionate and sightly irreverent but always respectful and there is almost always laughter in the sessions. As my Mom used to say, "Life is too LONG to be miserable!"
As a coach, Roger is your best mirror, your personal champion, your fiercest advocate and your honest 'truth speaker.' He is always focused on what is possible for his clients and holds a vision and a space for them to be all that they can and want to be.
