This event is an opportunity to extend the conversation from the 5th International Columbia Coaching Conference (October 14 – 16, 2025) and an opportunity to honor and celebrate the life of our beloved colleague Margaret McLean Walsh. This year’s conference theme, High-Impact Coaching in the Era of Hybrid Intelligence, is a current and relevant topic for those who will thrive in the emerging context and beyond. This program will feature 2 topics: (1) An Exploration of Adult Development Driven Coaching Frameworks and Implications for Hybrid Intelligence and (2) highlights from the recipients of the first Margaret McLean Walsh – Outstanding Experiential Learning Session Award, entitled Robots in the Room: Ethics, AI, and the Coach—a fitting tribute to celebrate the life of our beloved collogue Maragret how meant so much to the 3CP and ICF NYC Chapter, coaching communities.

The year’s event will feature speakers Dr. Terrence E. Maltbia, Dr. Dana Kirchman, and Wendy Myers Cambor.
