Bio: Susan Roti, MBA, MA, ACC
Susan has been coaching leaders for 20 years in the healthcare and technology industries. Her own experience as a leader in organization development and human resources has contributed to her relationship-centered approach, incorporating principles of positive psychology, cognitive behavioral approaches, systems thinking and neuroscience. Susan’s career has been dedicated to helping leaders in healthcare and technology organizations to increase their effectiveness while maintaining their authentic leadership style. Susan has more than 700 hours coaching both clinical and administrative leaders and, on a pro-bono basis, has coached a wide variety of professionals and leaders in academia and civil service.
Her approach to coaching is based on the practices and ethics of the ICF and her passion for coaching is based on the belief that everyone possesses the ability to make the desired changes with the right support.
Susan is certified by the International Coach Federation and is an active member of several coaching associations. She is certified to administer the MBTI, MBTI Type 2, EQi-2.0, Hogan, and TalentTelligent 360.
Susan earned her MBA at Seton Hall University and her Masters in Organization Systems at Fielding Graduate Institute. She has extensive training in 1:1 coaching, team coaching, coach supervision, and mentor coaching. Among other things, Susan leads the Coaching Program at Montefiore Einstein Health System in New York City and State where she has trained and supervised many coaches.
