Executive Leadership Coaching for Personal and Professional Growth
Steve Gushée is an executive leadership coach and entrepreneur with extensive experience in senior management roles in media, entertainment and real estate. His coaching practice focuses on bringing out peak performance in executives at all levels.
Gushée creates a safe and immersive space for leaders to explore their potential. He focuses on building self-awareness empowering clients to work through challenges and lead more confidently. He uses proven coaching techniques, rooted in positive psychology, to enable peak performance.
Before founding his coaching practice, Gushée served as vice president, network distribution at Home Box Office and held various management positions over a 21 year career at the legendary entertainment company. He oversaw teams responsible for domestic distribution of HBO’s multibillion-dollar content portfolio.
As a leader at HBO, Gushée had significant exposure to organizational development and experience with change initiatives during a disruptive digital transformation in the industry. He is known for mentoring staff and colleagues and for building authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Gushée has boardroom experience, involvement with several industry trade organizations and was a President’s Council member at the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. He also founded a property management company focused on premier residential home rentals.
