Bio: During her extensive corporate career, Sabine led high visibility international programs during times of organizational change and created success for her hybrid teams by helping them cultivate connection and trust, navigate conflict and complexity, and execute with excellence. Her track record includes launching Oracle’s first set of global project management standards for a 3.7B professional services business, accelerating the integration of two newly acquired businesses at Adobe, and partnering with the C-suite and senior leaders on strategic talent initiatives for an organization with 17,000 employees.


Sabine blends her business credentials, executive coaching acumen and facilitation skills to help leaders elevate their effectiveness and establish collaborative environments where people and ideas flourish.
