Bio: Risa Seelenfreund is a leadership/learning and development expert. She is a credentialed coach (ACC), expert facilitator, and skilled content developer. She is passionate about developing leaders to become more effective in their current roles and more fulfilled in their careers.
Risa is founder of Lightspark Leadership, a boutique consultancy that develops impactful, empathetic and confident leaders through individual coaching, team coaching and group workshops. Lightspark is committed to serving smaller businesses and non-profits.
