Bio: Rini Adhikari is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of leadership experience across marketing, finance, and digital strategy. She has held senior roles at global organizations including Microsoft, JP Morgan, and the Times of India Group, where she developed deep strategic insight and sharp analytical skills. With an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an engineering background, Rini brings a unique blend of creative thinking and structured problem-solving to her coaching practice.

Her career spans a rich diversity of industries—from media and banking to tech and entrepreneurship. As the founder of a digital strategy startup, Rini gained hands-on experience building and leading businesses in today’s rapidly evolving digital world. Her international exposure, especially her years in Hong Kong, has shaped her ability to work across cultures and support leaders navigating global environments.

Rini’s coaching style is holistic, personalized, and grounded in real-world business acumen. She integrates emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and strengths-based development into her work, empowering clients to clarify their leadership identity, make sound decisions, and build inclusive, high-performing teams. With over 1,500 hours of coaching, she has guided mid-level to C-suite leaders across hedge funds, banking, technology, and beyond—often during times of transition, complexity, and growth.

In addition to her PCC credential, Rini is Hogan-certified and holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Intelligence, Transactional Analysis, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) from Cornell University.

Rini is also a sought-after facilitator, delivering workshops on leadership development, DEI, business storytelling, cross-cultural effectiveness, and women’s return-to-work programs. She serves as an ICF Mentor Coach and sits on the board of ICF New York, mentoring aspiring coaches and contributing to the advancement of the profession.

A passionate advocate for community impact, Rini offers pro bono coaching to NGOs supporting underrepresented communities globally. She was honored as one of Asia’s Top 10 Indian Women Entrepreneur Leaders by Women’s Entrepreneur magazine.

Outside of her professional life, Rini is a proud mother and lifelong learner who finds joy in pottery, Mahjong, kickboxing, baking, knitting, and crosswords—living her values of creativity, resilience, and personal growth.
