Prior to becoming a business mentor and coach, Peter had been a successful Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation and Business Law, the Chief Admin Officer of a Manhattan-based consultancy and a Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve (Training Branch), primarily focused on the training and development of teams and individuals. During his time with the RAF he not only faced a number of complex challenges but also successfully created processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective leadership of large and small teams alike. He received recognition for his skills and actions from the Defense Council of the United Kingdom Government.
