Bio: Jamie Gelbtuch is a the Founder of Cultural Mixology and an ICF-credentialed executive coach with over 17 years of experience in coaching and training. She partners with global leaders and expatriates to navigate complexity, build self-awareness, and lead with confidence and cultural agility. Jamie helps clients shift limiting narratives, access fresh insight, and cultivate the mindset and presence needed to lead with clarity and purpose in today’s dynamic environments.
Jamie began her career in marketing at a French multinational company with operations in 38 countries. She now brings the perspective of a long-time entrepreneur, having successfully led her own business for many years. In this capacity, she oversees strategic planning, marketing, financial operations, business development, and client engagement, giving her firsthand experience in leadership, organizational agility, and navigating the evolving demands of a global economy.
She has coached executives and emerging leaders across a wide range of industries including finance, technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and education. Her clients span corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors and are often navigating leadership transitions, managing across cultures, or seeking to expand their influence in complex, multicultural organizations.
Jamie holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS from Georgetown University. She completed her Executive Coaching Certification at New York University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
