Bio: Guy Hobson is an ICF-certified life and career coach who works with professionals and leaders navigating career change, leadership growth, and pivotal transitions. Certified through the International Coaching Federation in 2011, Guy brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, corporate training, and organizational development to his coaching practice.
Guy has worked as a consultant coach with HBO (Home Box Office), supporting directors and senior leaders through leadership development initiatives. His work included coaching executives as they interpreted Sirota 360 feedback, identified development priorities, and created actionable growth plans. He has also supported leaders navigating role transitions, including exits, helping them clarify next steps and move forward with confidence and intention.
In addition to his corporate and private coaching work, Guy has served as a volunteer and mentor coach with GMHC (Gay Men’s Health Crisis) in New York City, supporting individuals during periods of personal transition and growth.
