Bio: As a career + life coach, Emma helps women achieve career impact, fulfillment, and balance with support, tools, and accountability. Ultimately, her mission is to help you achieve your goals mindfully, purposefully, and joyfully.
Emma Thomas is Founder and Principal Coach at Fully. She is also a human resources leader and coach at Google, an entrepreneur, a mother of 3, a wife, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, and more. Just like you, she's juggling work, family, friends, health, and soul. She is a multifaceted human being balancing and integrating her many roles to live her one precious life to the fullest.
With almost 20 years of experience in the people industry, Emma has held leadership roles across talent, recruiting, human resources, professional development, and coaching specialties. She's had the immense privilege of interviewing and consulting 1000’s of executives as an executive recruiter for Fortune 500 brands. Since 2013 at Google, Emma has led teams, facilitated training and development, and advised leaders on organizational design and people strategy. She's learned a lot about careers, pivots, hiring decisions, work/life balance, imposter syndrome, burnout and more. She has the unique experience spanning both company decision making on hiring, promo, and talent assessment, AND employee experience to help you navigate your career options.
Emma has her CPCC and ACC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has a BA in Psychology from Boston College. Emma lives outside of New York City in Fairfield County, Connecticut, where she works, lives, and plays fully with her husband, mom, and kids.
