Bio: As a coach, I am dedicated to helping you thrive in every aspect of your personal and professional life.
At the heart of my work is a core belief: everyone deserves to feel good about work. This commitment to fostering well-being in the workplace is reflected in my experience:
- Partnering with organizations worldwide to design and implement programs on mindfulness and emotional intelligence, enhancing both performance and workplace satisfaction.
- Earning a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, where my research examined how workplace environments influence individual well-being and fulfillment, and how people actively shape their jobs to find meaning at work.
- Providing one-on-one coaching for professionals, offering tailored strategies to support career transitions, stress management, communication skills, and work-life balance.
My journey as a first-generation college student has also shaped both my perspective and my professional ethos. It taught me resilience, the value of opportunity, and the importance of creating pathways for others—guiding my mission to help people navigate challenges and achieve success in their own careers.
