Bio: Domonique Worship is an Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor, and former corporate attorney who helps high-performing women and forward-thinking organizations unlock their full potential through exceptional alignment.
She is the Founder of the Institute of Exceptional Alignment, a transformative leadership experience that equips women to lead with clarity and confidence—while helping organizations build the systems, support, and culture that make that possible.
Before launching her coaching and consulting practice, Domonique served as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and Senior Associate Counsel at the National Basketball Association. She began her career as a corporate associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and draws on deep experience navigating high-performance, high-pressure environments.
Domonique has partnered with leading brands including DoorDash, Hinge, MasterClass, and Airbnb to design and facilitate executive coaching programs, leadership intensives, and culture transformation work. She is known for her rare ability to blend deep mindset work with strategic insight, helping clients move from burnout to breakthrough.
She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida. She is an ICF-certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute.
