Bio: Dave Lozano brings a rare combination of elite military training, corporate leadership, and executive coaching expertise to his practice. With over 25 years of leadership experience in high-stakes environments—from combat operations as a Green Beret officer to crisis management and billion-dollar tech company operations—Dave understands the pressures leaders face, whether making life-or-death decisions, managing P&L responsibility, or executing critical product launches.
His diverse background spans combat leadership in U.S. Army Special Forces, operations management in kidnap-for-ransom crisis response, and senior roles at major technology companies. Dave has also served on leadership teams at both bootstrapped startups and private equity-backed ventures, giving him insight across the full spectrum of organizational dynamics.
This breadth of experience enables Dave to coach effectively across industries including pharmaceutical, banking, finance, and technology. He has successfully partnered with executives from Google, Amazon (AWS), Cognizant, Hyatt, Wells Fargo, Big Four consultancies, and numerous private equity portfolio companies and family-owned businesses.
Dave holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Duke University. He completed his ACTP executive coaching certification through New Ventures West, where he mastered Integral Methodology, and maintains an ICF PCC certification. He is Hogan Certified and experienced with multiple assessment tools including Clifton Strengths, Enneagram, EBW, Strengthscope, and LCP 360.
Beyond individual coaching, Dave excels at delivering leadership development programs, facilitating group sessions, and leading cohort-based training initiatives.
When not coaching, Dave enjoys skydiving, flying, and practicing jiu jitsu. He lives with his family in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and is a passionate Broadway theater enthusiast.
