Coaching Philosophy:
I became a coach in part because I have experienced the power of coaching in my life. Leadership is not easy, and we all need to evolve our skills as our teams and scope change. In the coaching relationship, we create the confidential space to reflect on both successes and challenges. My role is to listen intently, ask powerful questions, and provide recommendations and council to support leaders to develop strategies and practice new skills that build their leadership capabilities. Coaching is a partnership, and we are in this together.
