I hold an MBA in Managing Change from NYU, training from Harvard in Creating Shared Value, and an ICF coaching credential. I also have extensive experience in leadership development, trauma-informed care, non-violent communication, career pathing, social impact and team dynamics. I have navigated my own life transitions across cultures, roles, and identities. I know what it is like to be "the only one" in a room.
