Julien is an experienced Success Coach specializing in resilience, strengths and transition coaching.
He consults with both individuals and organisations and supports them in implementing performance acceleration initiatives (Organisational culture and values, Leadership Development programmes, individual and group coaching…)
For the last 15 years, Julien worked with both non-profit (AIESEC, Chance UK) and private sector (Société Générale, Adecco, Thomsons Online Benefits - Mercer group). He has grown a passion for developing people and for empowering them to learn, grow and discover their inner self.
He has supported young individuals all the way through to senior executives giving him a well-rounded experience and adding breadth of expertise to his knowledge.
