She also oversaw operations of Juilliard’s $150 million renovation and led the Juilliard community through the 3 ½ year process. Now, bringing all of her past experiences together with her joy of guiding and nurturing individuals and organizations through various challenges, Tricia works with clients who are navigating career decisions and changes within their life and/or workplace, and offers interactive workshops on topics such as networking and goal-setting. Having experienced her own career “soul-searching” and stepping out of a familiar place and comfort zone, she understands first hand that change is exciting but difficult, and often takes the extra support to follow one’s own “internal GPS” through it all.
