Group coaching is on the rise and with growing demand comes the opportunity to lead with impact. Whether you’re just starting or looking to sharpen your skills, this insights-packed session with Dominique will give you the confidence and tools to grow your group coaching practice with intention and clarity.
In this interactive session, you will:
· Define key terms and clearly distinguish group coaching from other group modalities.
· Explore the DOLIX Model™, a practical framework that maps the elements of cohesive coaching groups with a special emphasis on trust.
· Apply a simple group coaching session structure.
· Reflect on the content in small breakouts and have space to ask questions to deepen your understanding.
Whether you’re designing your first group or evolving an existing offer, this session will help you differentiate your coaching and create meaningful impact, together.

Dominique Mas, CEO at Group Coaching HQ

Dominique is the CEO at Group Coaching HQ, an ICF-accredited trainer that equips organizations and coaches with the expertise and support to lead the future of coaching: impactful, scalable group coaching programs. Dominique has built group coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies and trained over 250 coaches in the art of group coaching. As a consultant for organizations scaling their group coaching programs, she supports them to amplify their coaching culture.
She holds a M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC, Certified Mentor Coach, Certified Systemic Team Coach, Hogan Assessments Certified Coach and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and Coach.
A surfer and adventurer, and she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY with her partner, the artist Swissipino and Professor the awesome dog.

ICF NYC Recording Policy:
This event will be recorded. As an attendee, you are expected to participate fully and support your colleagues in breakout rooms actively practicing the skills and providing feedback in support of growth. Please register only if you plan to attend and actively participate. Tickets are not refundable in accordance with our event policies.
Any form of recording NOT initiated by the host (including but not limited to video, audio, or chat recording, including transcription) is not permissible. The meeting host reserves the right to remove any participant (person or technology) that fails to comply with the policy. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of every participant to know what technologies (including zoom and browser plugins) that they have installed on their device and if they have the potential to violate this policy.
CCEU Issuance:
CCEUs will be sent within 7 – 10 business days to all attendees who participate in most of the event.
CCEU eligibility and issuance
In accordance with ICF guidance, in order to receive CCEUs for ICF NYC events, you must attend a minimum of 80% of the event whether virtual or in-person.
CCEU certificates are not awarded for attending less than the 80% threshold or for watching recordings.
