Topic Intro:
The Art of Niching: Building a Business That Resonates with Your Ideal Client
As coaches, we’re often told to “find our niche”—but what does that really mean and why does it matter? In a crowded coaching marketplace, clarity is everything. Niching can help position you to stand out, connect authentically, and offer services that truly resonate.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how niching isn’t about limiting yourself—it’s about creating focus, building trust, and making it easier for the right clients to find you. You’ll learn practical steps to align your business strategy with the needs of the people you most want to serve.
