CoachCafes are member-hosted meetings for the purpose of community building and networking for ICF NYC members. These are opportunities for members to share with and learn from one another in support of professional growth.
ICF NYC is not responsible for and does not endorse any information shared or opinions expressed. CCEU eligibility and issuance
In accordance with ICF guidance, in order to receive CCEUs for ICF NYC events, you must attend a minimum of 80% of the event whether virtual or in-person.
CCEU certificates are not awarded for attending less than the 80% threshold or for watching recordings.

Gina St. Laurent is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 20 years of experience leading global teams in Operations and Strategic Account Management across the US, UK, Hong Kong and beyond. She has partnered with clients across diverse industries — particularly healthcare and legal — and in 2020, she transitioned from the corporate sector to pursue her passion for coaching.
Gina works with individuals at all levels — from entrepreneurs and executives to emerging talent — supporting high-achieving professionals who feel stuck or overwhelmed to gain clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose. As a “Personal Change Agent,” she helps clients move beyond perfectionism, reconnect with their true values, and make empowered decisions that foster greater fulfillment and joy. Gina firmly believes that progress equals happiness and that embracing progress over perfection is essential to living a meaningful, aligned life. What distinguishes her coaching is her unique combination of strong business acumen and deep emotional intelligence, enabling her to engage with clients on both strategic and personal levels to facilitate lasting transformation. She also holds a strong conviction that the quality of our relationships profoundly impacts the quality of our lives and is dedicated to nurturing connection and community in her work, which is also why she is passionate about bringing an in-person CoachCafe to life!
In addition to her private coaching practice, Gina serves as a coach training facilitator and Client Success Specialist at Coach U, where she guides aspiring coaches and leaders through selecting training programs and navigating the often complex International Coaching Federation credentialing process.

Lalita Badinehal is an Integration Coach and the Founder of Inviting Integration.
People strategy, what motivates people intrinsically, why people stay or leave, how to retain them, has always been a passion of hers no matter what functional role she has held. Her coaching approach “Integration with a Foundation of Wellbeing” stems from the awareness that without integrating all that is important to us, we leave fulfillment on the table, and that without a foundation of wellbeing, we cannot sustain our impact. Over 20 years ago, Lalita experienced burnout, which is when the 8 Pillars of Wellbeing framework was unofficially born.
Lalita’s experience has spanned working in the financial services space and the social impact space over the last 25 years. Her work in social impact has spanned overseeing fundraising, grant-making, employee engagement and a collaborative of private foundations focused on mindfulness.
Lalita holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a practitioner of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and reiki. She authors the Insights Corner blog where she shares her insights on employee engagement, wellbeing, and fulfillment.
