We’re launching our very first Cross Chapter Cultural Experiences Coach Cafe – a special collaboration between ICF NYC and ICF Greece 🇺🇸🇬🇷
This unique event will bring together coaches from different corners of the world to explore how culture shapes the way we connect, communicate, and coach. It’s going to be an inspiring conversation about global perspectives and shared humanity through the lens of coaching.
If you’re passionate about coaching across cultures (or just love meeting incredible people from around the world), you won’t want to miss this one. 💙
Bring your lunch or dinner, curiosity, and coach’s presence! We’re a dynamic and diverse group of professional coaches in our ICF NYC and Greece community. Each of us comes from a different cultural background with unique gifts to contribute, and we want to offer a safe and supportive space to share our insights and perspectives to learn from each other while having fun.
In these meetings, we’ll share our cross-cultural experiences with a loose structure with openness for interesting dialogues to emerge. Each meeting will have one topic we’ll center our discussion around, and the group will decide on the topic we want to focus on in the following meeting. This is also a great place for you to practice active listening and broaden your horizons.

CoachCafes are member-hosted monthly meetings for the purpose of community building and networking for ICF NYC members. These are opportunities for members to share with and learn from one another in support of professional growth.

CCEU eligibility and issuance
In accordance with ICF guidance, in order to receive CCEUs for ICF NYC events, you must attend a minimum of 80% of the event whether virtual or in-person.
CCEU certificates are not awarded for attending less than the 80% threshold or for watching recordings.

Organizer
Julien is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with a focus on resilience, strengths and transition with a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. He loves supporting his clients to achieve their personal and professional goals with proven tools and methodologies so they can grow from good to great. He works with individuals and organizations to support them in accelerating their performance, in becoming strong & resilient leaders, and in harnessing their energizing strengths to reach their goals.
Julien’s coaching style is warm, creative, innovative, and expanding horizons while creating an environment of accountability, trust and actionable results. He has successfully helped and partnered with high potentials through to senior leaders and executives in periods of transition and change allowing them to gain greater confidence, build impactful influencing skills, and create inclusive environments.
Julien is a certified practitioner of numerous assessments and methodologies, including DISC, MBTI, Strengths Profile and EQi 2.0 & EQi 360. He works in diverse industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, media, retail, transportation and government. Clients range in size from small, growing entrepreneurial firms to large, well-established multinational organizations.
Julien currently serves as the Director of Education of the Diversity for Performance Professional Coach Training Certification and is a member of ICF NYC Membership and a volunteer for the non-profit Coaching For Everyone.
