The use of 360 surveys is common in business and with career development professionals such as career coaches, industrial/organizational psychologists, HR professionals, and ASTD professionals. Competencies in the area of 360 development, administration, and use can distinguish you as a provider of professional services.

In this session you will:

  • Learn about more intense training in 360 methods and how to get that training.
  • Learn about 360 survey and interview methods, what they are and how they work.
  • Summarize research that make a case for 360 feedback and their best practice use.
  • Learn the best practices to implement 360 feedback programs as an organizational intervention and maximize the ROI of these programs.

Learn about our Speaker

Tom Krapu, PhD, PCC

With an insatiable curiosity, I bring a highly collaborative, reliable, and flexible approach to evidence-based facilitation and coaching methods. Through executive coaching and 360 feedback, coupled with Arbinger training, I assist clients in generating lasting and impactful results across their organizations. Whether it’s nurturing leadership or fostering a robust organizational culture, my optimistic yet grounded facilitation expertise and leadership coaching enhance effectiveness and sustainability within the organizations I engage with.

My extensive experience in 360 feedback includes designing and delivering custom niche 360 surveys through a platform I manage. I support companies in implementing 360 feedback programs to maximize ROI while minimizing potential negative cultural impacts. Additionally, I train coaches to optimize these programs and teach structured 360 interview methods, covering qualitative data collection and anonymous report writing. I am certified in multiple 360 survey methodologies.

As a highly seasoned mentor coach, I mentor coaches privately (see LinkedIn recommendations) and have served as a group and individual mentor in the executive coaching program at the University of Texas at Dallas. I possess extensive experience in group mentoring of coaches and have completed the International Coach Federation’s Marker Training for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Leading a LinkedIn group devoted to individual and group mentoring, I emphasize the term “mentoring” over “supervision.” My approach centers on nurturing specific behaviors and personal development crucial for coaches seeking certification as professional coaches.
