You started a coaching practice to help others, but somewhere along the way, you realized you’re also running a business. This session explores what it means to show up as the CEO of your own mission.
Participants will gain perspective from two former executives on how to adopt the mindset of a CEO, build a practice rooted in your values, and lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Whether you’re just starting out or have been coaching for years, you’ll walk away with clarity, encouragement, and ideas on how to create an even bigger impact – and increase your income – as a coach.
**Event Highlights: **
In this session, we will explore
- Shifting from “just a coach” to CEO of your own practice.
- Developing strong mission and vision statements.
- Integrating your authentic self with your business goals.
- Managing fear, perfectionism, and the inner critic like a leader would.
- Making business decisions that reflect your values.
