Jorge Giraldo, PCC

Constant learning, growth, and transformation describe Jorge Giraldo’s life. Seeking renewal, challenge, and fulfillment, he has worked in molecular biology, commercial photography, software development, and consulting.

Before moving on to full-time coaching and getting his CPCC in 2021, Jorge spent ten great years hopping between leadership roles at Google. As an ICF PCC coach, Jorge supports founders and executives on leadership issues common in fast-changing, complex environments.

Unfortunately, he does not have a dog at this time.

ICF NYC Recording Policy:
Event will be recorded. As an attendee, you are expected to participate fully and support your colleagues in breakout rooms actively practicing the skills and providing feedback in support of growth. Please register only if you plan to attend and actively participate. Tickets are not refundable in accordance with our event policies.
Any form of recording NOT initiated by the host (including but not limited to video, audio, or chat recording, including transcription) is not permissible. The meeting host reserves the right to remove any participant (person or technology) that fails to comply with the policy. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of every participant to know what technologies (including zoom and browser plugins) that they have installed on their device and if they have the potential to violate this policy.
CCEU Issuance:
CCEUs will be sent within 7 – 10 business days to all attendees who participate in most of the event.
CCEU eligibility and issuance
In accordance with ICF guidance, in order to receive CCEUs for ICF NYC events, you must attend a minimum of 80% of the event whether virtual or in-person.
CCEU certificates are not awarded for attending less than the 80% threshold or for watching recordings.
