TOPIC’S DESCRIPTION

Moving from Pro Bono to Paid Coaching

Session Focus:
Making the transition from offering free coaching to charging for your services can feel daunting—but it’s a vital step in owning your value and building a sustainable coaching practice. In this session, we’ll explore the mindset, boundaries, and practical strategies needed to confidently embrace your professional identity as a paid coach.

Key Questions Addressed:

  • What mindset shifts are required to move from pro bono to paid work?
  • How do I articulate and honor the value of my coaching?
  • What boundaries support a healthy transition for me and my clients?
  • How do I set rates that feel aligned and sustainable?
  • What are graceful ways to transition pro bono clients or decline unpaid requests?

Whether you’re just starting out or struggling to price your offerings, this conversation will support you in clarifying your approach and aligning it with your integrity and goals.
