A graduate of the NYU coaching program, Les is specialized in coaching in the creative industries. He is an ICF DEI Mentor Coach and has served on the ICF NYC Membership Committee since 2020. Sharing his time between the US, EU and Asia, he has coached at Columbia University, University of Melbourne Australia, California State University and Yale and initiated India’s first coaching program serving tribal communities. Trained both in management and the arts, Les has advised global clients including 3M, DuPont, General Electric, GM, Dow, Braun in strategy. completed his M.Sc from Boston University and MBA from California State University and has degrees from University of London and Musashino Art University in Tokyo and his PhD from Leeds Metropolitan University. He is a graduate of the ICF certified GCHQ group coaching program.
