Cathy Liska is the CEO / Founder of the Center for Coaching Certification.  As the Guide from the Side®, she coaches, trains, mediates conflicts, and facilitates internationally.  Cathy is a sought-after trainer and coach, drawing from her 30 years of experience in business ownership and management.  Her personal mission statement is “People.”  Cathy is known for her passion in sharing the insight, experience, positive attitude, and information that empower others to achieve the results they desire.




Giuseppe Totino, MCC

Giuseppe Totino, (MCC), ICF Registered Mentor Coach, Assessor and Trainer of ICF Coach Assessors, Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), is the Principal of Giuseppe Totino LLC, a leadership development and executive coaching business. For over 15 years, he has worked with leaders and with coaches as a coach, mentor, and learning facilitator. 

A Master Coach since 2018, Giuseppe is currently among the youngest to hold this credential worldwide. In 2019 and 2020, as a Subject Matter Expert, he has been part of the Work Team that contributed to the update of the ICF Coaching Core Competencies and the Professional-level (PCC) Coaching Competency Markers.






Philippe Mathijs, PCC

Philippe Mathijs spent over 10 years and thousands of hours marrying business, coaching and mentoring before fully dedicating his life to his passion of helping people to reach their full and outstanding potential. Philippe believes people can achieve their desires, aspirations and explore their potential in a way which will discover new ways of living, operating, behaving and being. He is truly passionate about seeing people grow and thrive in ways that they deeply desire.

He was a Board Executive of the ICF UAE Chapter in 2019 and currently serves as a Global Ambassador for the ICF Ethics Community of Practice.  In February 2020, Philippe was also awarded the prestigious Excellence in Finance – Leaders’ Award during the Finext conference for his contribution to the Finance Industry.  In July 2020, he was awarded the UAE Prestige Award for Best Executive Coaching Provider for 2020.
