In this peer resource exchange, five coaches will share one tool or resource they use with their clients regularly and, when possible, they will demonstrate how to use the tool live. Come and learn to use the Parachute Method, Points of You Cards, Vision Boards, the Framestorming thinking process, and new tools for listening and communicating with compassion all in one night! You will also have the opportunity to reflect and discuss how you might bring those tools into your own coaching practice while connecting with fellow coaches.

These presentations will focus on:

● using vision boards as a goal setting tool for both coaches and their clients,

● the Points of You cards, a powerful tool for working with individuals who tend to “get stuck in their heads” ,

● the Parachute Method, a highly effective career coaching approach to help clients identify the unique value they can bring to an organization and put them in control of their career transitions,

● the Framestorm approach, an invitation for our clients to reframe a challenging situation in 3 steps based on core neurological principles,

● new techniques for listening and communicating with compassion, build rapport and improve personal and professional relationships.
