Rachel Ciporen, EdD is an educator, coach and organizational development consultant. She works with global executives and their teams across multiple industries and designs leadership and coaching programs. Rachel is a faculty member of the Columbia University Coaching Program and the Gestalt OSD Center.
Isabelle Grenier, PCC- Saville Wave
Isabelle Grenier, PCC, is the founder of Meta Consulting Group. Previous corporate work experience includes Procter & Gamble and IBM followed by many years as an Executive Search Partner for Amrop and Korn Ferry International. She brings unique global perspectives having worked in Belgium, France, China, Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States. She is also a Team Performance Certified Coach.

Kully Jaswal, PCC, is the founder of Ignition Coaching. Formerly a director for Deloitte UK, she is now a certified teacher for Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, and a faculty member for Dr. Daniel Goleman’s Coaching for Emotional Intelligence Certification Program.

Barbara Kurka, PCC, is the founder of BFKCoaching. Previously an executive in Human Resources, she has worked with Grey Advertising, Katz Media Group, Accenture and Sumitomo Bank Financial Services. She is also a certified career coach.

Katherine Lewis, ACC, CPCC, is an executive coach for Jody Michael Associates. Previous work experience includes Global Brand Manager for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and consulting at Bain & Company. She has an MBA from Harvard University.

She is a sociologist and public servant who utilizes her skills as master level facilitator and Global Concierge of Love to transform lives around the world. Cherise currently works with executives and their teams in the largest transportation agency in the nation.
Matthew Siegel – Self-Directed Search
Matthew Siegel, Ph.D., is founder of Matthew Siegel Consulting providing executive coaching. He has also worked extensively to help people maximize their vocations. Prior to his doctoral training in counseling psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University he was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco.
