Rini Adhikari is a global executive and life coach with over 20 years of leadership experience across marketing, finance, digital strategy, and entrepreneurship. Having worked across three countries, she brings a multicultural perspective to leadership development and coaching.
As Managing Director at ISCP, Rini is a PCC-credentialed ICF Mentor Coach, Trainer, and Assessor, supporting coaches in their journey toward ACC and PCC certification. She also leads programs on leadership development, DEI, business storytelling, and cross-cultural effectiveness.
Rini has served on the ICF Hong Kong Board as Director of Marketing and previously held senior roles with Microsoft, JP Morgan, and the Times of India Group. Her entrepreneurial experience as a digital strategy founder further deepens her understanding of leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
Her coaching approach integrates emotional intelligence, mindfulness, strengths-based development, and frameworks from NLP, Transactional Analysis, Positive Intelligence, and Hogan Assessments. She is committed to expanding access to coaching and actively provides pro bono support to NGOs.
Recognized as one of Asia’s Top 10 Indian Women Entrepreneur Leaders, Rini holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, an Engineering degree, and a DEI certification from Cornell University. Outside work, she enjoys pottery, Mahjong, kickboxing, cooking, knitting, and crosswords.
