John W. Sigmon, MCC is a distinguished executive and leadership coach, mentor coach, and accomplished author. Drawing on a robust background that includes significant tenures as a former CFO and CHRO, John brings extensive, high-level experience from a diverse array of sectors, including Fortune 100 corporations, complex healthcare systems, professional services firms, and global nonprofit organizations.
A dedicated contributor to the professional coaching community, John is deeply invested in the development of the next generation of credentialed coaches. He actively supports their growth through rigorous mentor coaching and facilitating community learning initiatives, ensuring the high standards of the profession are maintained and advanced.
His involvement is further informed by his prior executive experience in governance, financial stewardship, and strategic leadership, all of which underscore his commitment to strengthening the mission and global impact of the ICF NYC Chapter. John is based in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York.
