Alexis Mobley

Alexis Mobley brings over 20 years of corporate experience in technology and more than 500 hours of advanced coaching expertise to her work as an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and organizational consultant. Through leadership roles at companies like Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, TransUnion, and IBM, she has successfully led strategic initiatives, managed global software development programs, and scaled business operations across EMEA, LATAM, and North America.

As the CEO of I, Matter! Coaching & Consulting, an NYC-certified M/WBE firm, Alexis partners with senior leaders, senior individual contributors, and high-potential employees to develop leadership rooted in self-awareness.

With her unique blend of technical expertise, corporate insight, and an M.Sc. in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU, Alexis focuses on helping leaders make intentional decisions that align with organizational goals and personal values.
