Previously a Vice President at S&P Global and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Rachel is committed to using her skills, knowledge, and experience to help people enact positive change in the world. A published author, Rachel holds an MBA from Duke University and a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University where she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor. She also teaches coaching at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Her current research explores the relationships between collective leadership, complexity, and sustainability.
