Bio: Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, I moved to New York alone at the age of 22, with big dreams and drive, but also unhealed patterns of the past. I spent years building a fast-paced corporate career in banking while pursuing a Master’s in Marketing Analytics. But sooner than later, I realized that despite being a high performer I was not in alignment with my chosen path. In 2022, I took a leap toward personal transformation and began dedicating myself to coaching, mindfulness, and self-development. Today, as a certified mindset coach and aspiring organizational development professional, I help individuals move beyond limiting beliefs and create meaningful, values-aligned change. I’m also focused on getting experience within Learning & Development and Talent Development because I love helping people grow inside organizations through coaching, training, and building meaningful programs. As it often happens, I want to help others that are going through the same struggles within organizations that I myself went through. Long term, I’d love to expand into Organizational Development, especially with a focus on people-centered transformation and culture. I plan to pursue a Master’s and then PHD in Organizational Psychology to deepen that path and ideally also contribute to broader initiatives like sustainability and well-being in the workplace. My goal is to bridge coaching, psychology, and organizational growth into one integrated mission.
